Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I didn't take any more after this mornings dose. Wow, I don't know why I didn't check the dosing first. So, I'm trying to drink water and coconut water, since plain water is a challenge for me.

So 3 days to resume nursing again? Wow, that's a long time. Makes me sad. But yeah, I am afraid of causing issues to my little one.

So, how do I watch my electrolytes? And how do I know if there is kidney damage?
