Water fasting for 30 days


i started my Water Fasting by end of January 30 and continued it till 1st march, where in by end of fasting i had 4 days of fruit juice once a day. i started at 155lbs and by end of 1st march i was at 130.5 i.e i lost total of 25 lbs in month , but as soon as i started eating i gained 11 lbs, i ate just for 4 days, at day 1 i just started with cooked semolina in little salt and black pepper, second day i had gram flour curry (indian style)with less salt, and subway salad plate, third day i ate 2 brown breads and cooked vegetable, and ate same as third day on fourth day.
but i am shocked to see total gain of 11 lbs. I am feeling too low , i did one day Water Fast again after day 3 of eating, but i didn't lose any weight on that one day of fasting . I don't what's wrong with my me, i gained weight so fast which is so shocking for me to believe, i lost 25 lbs from which i gained 11 lbs already, now i really think its not worth doing this fast. But still as i believe that it's just water retention i will do Water Fast again for some days until i lose few more lbs . I don't know exactly what to do from here, and how will my body react to another fast. please somebody help me with it
