You did Water Fast for 30 days, great achievement!
You broke your fast with juices, were they home made? how much juice per day? You started eating cooked foods too soon too much of it.
You should go to Water Fasting forum and read older posts. Longer the fast more careful you have to be in breaking it. Usually done with organic fruit, like half orange, small piece watermelon, etc. Then build up your appetite slowly with salads, whole fruits etc. Also drink plenty water as well.
My suggestion is not to fast again, but eat just plant based raw foods as per hunger only for a month. You will not only lose weight but feel beter.
How tall are you? You might be fasting for other reasons, but your BMI may be ok.
