I'm doing parasite cleanse. Seems after dying some bigger parasites have stuck in colon. Despite going to BM, not much is coming out for the last 2 days.

Tried ACV and Coffee enema. Taking Cascara Sargada and Now Super Enzymes too. Still it's not coming out.

Could someone help.
