I would stop eating hard/bulk/fibre foods temporarily. Try liquid diet or soft diet, mashed sweet potatoes, soups, etc. Lots of water.

Add Senna leaves to Cascara Segrada tea. 50/50. Also sip on "Get Regular made by Yoga teas.

Epsom Salt is good and so is bowel balance formula.

Bulk and fibre may add to the blockage.
