Re: Question about protein

I know ON pretty well and is my favorite protein. I had a 5lb tub of the cookies and creme but I was taking it while I wasn't trying to get rid of my Bo because I thought I was just stuck with it for life ha. I didn't reorder it because it has soy( lichetin), milk, and wheat in the allergens and I'm allergic to gluten so that no doubt made it a lot worse. I've noticed all on has soy in it if I'm not mistaken and I've been trying to stay away from that because it's a known contributor to Body Odor . What flavor are you using? Tweet
