As i'm starting to control my Body Odor with diet, it's decreased about 50%. I'm 6' and 140 lbs so i'm definitely on the light side already and with the diet i'm now i'll loose more. So my question is I used to lift weights and stopped but would like to start back up and take protein but protein is a problem in general for Body Odor isn't it or am i mistaken? and also is it just animal protein that is bad or is it rice too? When I talked to my naturopath doctor she gave me this protein to try when i went on the elmination diet since it's just white rice for a week and she wanted me to not to take in any protein. Just wondering if anyone has input on it or better personal experience. Thanks
If you're wondering what i'm eating it's honestly just fruit for the past 2 weeks but I've had a few "cheat" days. On the cheat days it's usually gluten free spaghetti with a little bit of turkey and tomato sauce with no garlic, just the paste or maybe some chicken with steam vegetables on the side or at most a sweet potato.
