I am on the same boat as you doing lots of experimenting with diet as I think thats the most important in controlling body odor. I just wanted to share my experience and try help you out. I used to lift weights as well now Im starting to do it again. Since September I decided to go on the 'candida diet' which eliminates most types of carbs such as bread, all grains, rice, pasta, spaghetti, etc and of course all junk food. Ive been on it for a while and my body odor still persists. I did however manage to lose lots of fat but my diet consisted of mostly animal protein like lean chicken and turkey. Since the candida diet doesn't help ive decided to start cutting out all meat for a while and see if it works. I cant tell you if it works yet as ive only been trying to do it for a few days but it is quite hard to turn your diet around. In order to keep lifting weights and not lose any muscle I bought whey protein powder which is derived from part of milk. Ive been using it as a meal replacement couple of times a day or right after my workout. Also ive been taking lots of glutamine to heal the gut if thats the cause. I'll put a link below of what im taking if you decide to take the same route. As I said i dont know if it will work but 9 months of candida diet didn't do anything for me. Good luck and lets hope it works :)

This is pretty much the most popular supplement out there when it comes to bodybuilding. I'd only use this one as the protein is derived from whey and not casein.
