The best thing to do is to take a variety of anti parasite herbals and anti-bacterial herbs or essential oils, and include daily enemas (and sift to see what is in there, don't just look at the stool. This must continue for a period of time, not just a couple of weeks. If you herx, you know you are killing something, if over time you feel better, then you know you are on the right track.
