Re: Liver Cleanse: Desperate for Help!
True, the body seems to handle indigestion ok, it's the inability to excrete toxicity that is the difficult part,
I was working 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week when I was at your stage so I only had the energy to flush every three weeks.
However, if not a whole lot of hard material (stones) comes out, and most of it is flukes, sand and gravel, I feel that it's safe to flush as often as you feel your body feels ready to.
I have been flushing every week lately, and it's been working out really well, but I won't recommend it to others for legal reasons.
I have contacted a handful of
Liver Flush experts who carried out over 100 flushes each and I was blown away at how often they were flushing - they said they would go on three day flush binges, then go onto say enemas for a week and then back on a series of flushes etc. They seem to have come out the other side in phenomenal health. they told me that if your body feels like it can handle it, just listen to what it is telling you,
When I first came on Curezone, I heard of a Naturopathic Doctor from California who flushed his patient's livers every week until their livers were clean as a whistle. This was his primary cancer protocol.
I agree with that in so many ways - you may be redistributing toxicity more often, but you are opening the passageways of elimination so they can exit more often too.
There are two sides to this coin;
On the one side, you want to leave enough time in between for the liver to heal and the toxins to go out of circulation, but on the other, you want to keep the body decongested by opening the elimination channels more often to have the energy to heal and for the toxins to be able to exit in the first place.
That's a decision only you should make - listen to your body and write down the symptoms of each side of the coin (longer congestion, less surgery-like flushes / less congestion, more surgery-like repair to)
