NEW HERE , NEED SUPPORT/ENCOURAGEMENT BEFORE BOYFRIEND COMMITS ME! ascaris? flukes? tapeworm????? helppppppp

Hi all, I am new here but have been reading for about a month. Most helpful - thanks to all of you who have the ba**s to post pics of what most people find they would prefer to think do not exist, including our medical professionals. What a joke.

I have ulcerative colitis since I was 12 but it has been pretty under control except for constipation/inflammation. Things started going wrong when I got Psoriasis about 6 yrs ago, off and on. Most recently the constipation got way worse, I developed asthma at the ripe old age of 40, am allergic to everything (never had allergies in my life), and then a new kind of Psoriasis emerged, to the point where I seriously could have entered a freak show. When I say it covered me, I am serious. Well, thank God not on my face, but from my toes to my fingers...

So I got over my discomfort with the thought of enemas and hit the ground running, to find many many things that are beyond my wildest imagination.

I went and got some blood tests done and my GGT and ALT are high, and I don't even drink. Like one drink every two months, if that.

B12, which I have always thought was deficient, is off the charts high.

Oh, and I am apparently pre-diabetic. I am thin, eat as healthy as I can with two little kids who think mac and cheese and pizza are main food groups, lol.

TMD hit me recently HARD so yes, I have been doubling up on advil just to get through the day/night.

I started taking coconut oil and acv daily (waiting on the Wormwood , clove, Black-Walnut tincture cause I am afraid to start killing things that have no exit out...frightening)

My boyfriend is concerned that I am losing my mind. Thinks this is all a bunch of crap...of course he has never been ill in his life besides a cold/flu here and there, so he has zero perspective on what it's like to have chronic pain/issues.

My legs hurt at night to where I can't sleep. I have herniated discs from a car accident long ago but the pain I have now, well, I just don't see it as being related.

I HAVE ZERO GET UP AND GO. I take adderall for ADD but it doesn't much help...unfortunately, without it, I wouldn't be able to get out of bed everyday.
I can not finish anything, and walk around in a fog half the time, wondering what I was going to do. Seriously. Have a list of things to do and just look at it and do none of it.

Any words of support/encouragement would be so helpful to hear right now, before I enter the looney bin with my jar of suspected parasites in tow. LMAO.
I told an MD this morning that I contracted giardia over 10 yrs ago (was trying to see how he reacted to discussion of parasites in general and he was like i doubt it, very rare, etc). He actually asked me if I drank out of a stream!?

I am in Long Island??? Are there many streams around that I would be so thirsty to have to stop my car and get out to drink from?????

Excuse my humor..I need it to get over the wiggly things I am starting to feel in my lower belly.

I have dogs, cats, and a turtle. I am trying to identify these creatures!!!! Worms, cysts, larvae, flukes????
