Hey! thanks for reaching out. I found out I am intolerant to all dairy and egg whites, as well as coffee and cocoa bean. SOOO
i have stopped eating all of that, and let me tell you that tea is def not the same as coffee. i have at some points in my life drank 2 pots a day!


I feel mentally better cause my NMD tested me and we discovered my serotonin was really low, and so was my TAURINE. Who knew!?

So that is great. However, I am just as tired and backed up etc.
My b12 is SUPER high, my GGT and ALT are high, and my blood Sugar is pre-diabetic. I eat well, am not overweight at all, AND i don't even drink.


The more research I do, the more I realize its my fricking liver!! I never even thought about my liver until now. Never knew what it did or where it was located. Recently have been having kidney pain.

My pcp totally brushed off the test results... can you imagine>

how sick do i need to be - i guess my blood work has to come back super doooper bad to get any eyebrows to raise.

oh well. i will figure it all out eventually. i am just nervous cause i just started applying for FT jobs and I don't know if I can stay awake all day. Which could be a problem. LMAO.
