I can only type a few lines since I just had a death in my family and won't be able to reply further for a while. I wasn't saying that zinc couldn't cause copper detox. I was saying there is a bigger picture of what is going on with you, and hair mineral analysis would reveal it. When I did my first hair test over 5 years ago, my copper was super high, and I thoughts that was the main problem. But the test revealed poor adrenal and thyroid function, poor digestive ability, etc. For most people, if copper is high, it's only one part. So I began taking several supplements along with zinc to help correct my many imbalances. If you will look at the sites I posted in my last email, you can understand better what I'm referencing. Nutritional balancing is looking at body chemistry as a whole and seeking to bring it all into balance. Not just get the copper lower.
On Dr. Wilson's site are many well-trained practitioners. Most of them will work with clients near or far since you don't have to see them in person. Many of them will be happy to have you email to ask further questions. Sorry my time is limited, but I will check back in in a couple of weeks. Good luck to you!
