I just came out of my bathroom with 90% pain and stiffness gone. I feel a bit tightness.
I added 1 cup Epsom Salt and half bottle of H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) in hot water bath and just sat in there for 40 minutes. I feel amazing difference. I could not even get into the bath tub, but getting out was a child's play.
I did deep breathing while in the tub.
I would like to know what is the sleeping posture I should have since this may be one of the issues.
