Re: Starting methylation

Hi Dave,

First, you know that there is no quick, overnight fixes for any ill condition that we are in. Longer you are in an ill condition longer it will take you to be in balanced condition.

Please check your basal temperature for 3 days. You can search here on CZ on how to take basal temp. I suspect you have thyroid problems. You may need Iodine, but lets get the basal temp first.

You also know that drugs are not curing your Depression and anxiety. They are masking the symptoms and making your body more toxic. So plan on being drug free, but has to be done slowly. Fasting is the best way to cure all your issues, but while you are on heavy drugs, I suggest you do not do any fasting.

First thing I would do is to go on a raw plant based diet with organic foods. You can drink freshly made fruit and vegetable juices (seperately), with protein powder. After one month, eat 20% cooked plant based foods. Develop a routine. Sleep between 10pm and 6am, liver is cleaning at this time.

1. After a month do a Liver Flush (see the protocol on Liver-Flush forum)
2. Everyday after cleaning your mouth do oil pulling with cold presssed coconut or olive oil. If you can find herbal toothpaste or powder that will be helpful to reduce all chemical toxins that come from toothpastes.
3. Take one teaspoon apple cider vinegar, pinch of Sea Salt and cayenne pepper and one teaspoon honey with half a cup of water half hour before meals. This will help you with getting rid of ulcers and build good stomach acid.
4. Take supplements, Vitamins B6, C, Ashwagandha, John's Wort, Milk Thistle (for your liver). If you do not drink alcohol, your body will make B12 as needed.
5. Walk for 20 minutes everyday.
6. Say a prayer everyday, perhaps before meals, eat without distractions.
7. Stay away from Sugar, which includes all white flour, processed cereals, pastries, etc.

After you feel better, slowly reduce the dose of the drugs you are taking. So if you are taking 2 benzos per day, take 1 and 1/2 tablet for 3 days, then 1 for three days, half for three days, quarter for three days.....etc. If you quit cold turkey you will feel crapy.

If you make these changes you will see the difference. You are young and will bounce back easily. When you get to 100% feeling vibrant, do not go back to old habits and then you can help others with same issues.

Keep us posted with your progress. Feel better.
