Just starting my 11th and final day of an absolute dry fast. 20 more hours to go. The last couple of days have been quite easy but I am not going to push more. Very excited to have done this for my health. Soon will finally be able to touch water and rinse my mouth again. The tongue feels like breaking off any moment now. And then gently to rehydrate. Wish me luck!
