I totally understand where you are coming from. I experiment on myself as well. However, when an opinion comes from a Medical Doctor who has been administering dry fasts for 21 years and trained under the World expert in fasting Dr. Nikolaev, especially when he uses word "I forbid you" I do have to take that in consideration. After all it's very easy to cure and cause detriment using the same device. Just be careful. Tweet
