does it greatly hurt to use regular arm and hammer baking soda. I bought several boxes before i heard to use only aluminum free and hate to buy more as my treatment dollars very limited,''also if one is only doing the flax oil and cottage cheese part of the budwig are you saying don't use the baking soda maple syrup with it?
