Re: sodium bicarbonate
Thank you for your reply. You are one of the sources I most respect here, though I am still trying to sort out the mass of often conflicting information from various people, many of whom seem quite respectful on the surface. For example, your take on Dr. Simoncini is disappointing, and reminds me that I am often naive. I did see him speak at the Cancer Convention in Los Angeles, where he received a a standing ovation. Also, some people stood up and said that he had saved their lives. Does this mean that he does save some, but that there is also a high failure rate?
As for me and what I'm doing: Over two years ago I became sick and couldn't get out of bed for two days, except for trips to the toilet with diarrhea. I researched my symptoms and eventually concluded low thyroid and adrenal fatigue. Saliva testing showed very low cortisol level in the morning and much of the day, was later treated by a doctor with synthroid and am now on one grain of armour thyroid. I took 40 mg. of hyrdrocortisone for one year and weaned myself off it. I regret having taken it but could not work at the time without it.
Then I suddenly was unable to reach orgasm during sexual intercourse, and later was told by an urologist that I had a blockage in my prostate. He said if it didn't go away to return to him. It didn't but I didn't go back as I did not want a biopsy. I went six months without any kind of erection at all, even in the night or morning. I began Budwig Protocol, about sixty percent, then added apricot kernal seeds, up to 45 a day(I weigh 230)and two months later the blockage was gone in prostate and erections with orgasms returned. Also I went two months without
Depression which was a common problem before. A Navarro test was 53, indicating cancer, done early in my new diet. Unfortunately I vistied family and an ex and completely reversed the healthy lifestyle, gaining forty
pounds in two months. Now I have one week back on Budwig, and am determined to live well. I believe your suggestions are very good, but on Budwig it is hard to mix and match some of it. She highly recommends buckwheat and millet, for example, and of course the cottage cheese/flaxoil combination. I do get my sun and am currently exercising perhaps too much, as it I am overweight and also it helps my mood.
I am sorry if this is too long...one more question: What do you think of Dr. Marc Sircus and his book on Magnesium Transdermal therapy?
Any input is highly appreciated. I am 53 yr. old, currently not employed so lack ofmoney is becoming a source of anxiety, but am trying to do what is healthy and having faith that I can take care of that later. But I am making few purchases and trying to choose what is most effective and efficient. Thank you for all the work yhou do and the help you give at curezone.
