It looks like you'll benefit somewhat from some adrenal support but I suppose AF/AI is not the only issue involved in your "brain fog."
Maybe just some pregnenolone, DHEA and adrenal glandular will be adequate.
For my hypoglycemia and brain fog I knew to only consume small amounts of "sweets". I tried to choose whole grains and modest amounts of them. I had to be careful with fruit juices. I am apparently sensitive to phenols as well as sweets.
That did not resolve the fog but certainly helped to keep it from being really bad. I don't know how much adrenal support supplements, heavy metal detox and various other supplements added to the improvements I've gotten. I made too many changes around the same time and teh situation improved gradually. There was no magic pill for me in the area of brain fog.
