Got test results back for adrenal fatigue today, need help

Hi guys,

I got my adrenal saliva test results back today, I would like to know if this extent of adrenal fatigue is enough to cause brain fog.
I have chronic brain fog, it affects my communication with people and I also have fatigue. My brain fog gets worse within a minute of having Sugar (from fruit or sweets).
Here are my results, i would appreciate some help in interpreting them

Here is some notes on my results by genova diagnostics

I have been on adrenal fatigue diet for ages, from July 2013 to April 2014 I was dairy, gluten and soya free, I was having quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, millet, vegetables, and Dr Schulze's superfood plus EVERY day. I was getting all the b,c vitamins etc and the minerals in.
I was having small meals every few hours to stabilize blood Sugar and was having siberian ginseng and I also had ashwagandha, my stress has been minimal since April 2013 (almost 2 years), so the adrenals have been supported for a long time. I have also NEVER consumed coffee or tea.
My blood tests showed that my B12 was high and i had good iron stores, but the only concern was my white blood cell count was on the lower end of normal and so was my testosterone.
From April 2014 to December 2014 I had some times where my diet was a bit off, but it was mostly healthy, especially from July 2014 to October when I was having raw vegan foods and did Dr Schulze's 30 day detox (colon, liver and kidney), I was peeing so much when I was doing the kidney cleanse because the herbs in Dr Schulze's kidney tea and formula make you pee a lot.
In addition to my diet I do brisk walking but no intense running/jogging as that makes my fatigue and fog worse.

Also I went to the doctor to check my blood pressure, and it was 116, only a few points behind 120 (which is normal), so my blood pressure isn't that low which in adrenal fatigue sufferers is below 100 i've heard.

I would really appreciate what you guys have to say and what could be causing my brain fog.

Thanks

G
