Well as I said this time I drunk 2 liters at least per day of fresh apple juice (for 4 days) andalso did coffee enemas...

I do not know.... after enemas a lot of stuff came out of me.. and beside those green pea look like thing I passed some white/ yellowish looking like small tiny stones.. i do not know i did not touch them (they were hold by a big strainer i used for it)... yea kinda whitish powder but i just thought it is Stuff from my colon which was there for ages.

So do not know really but... I am Glad i did that. :)
