I agree with Smollmermaid. It sounds like you have parasites and should kill them with Wormwood , cloves, and Black-Walnut Hull Tincture. Please get the Black-Walnut Hull Tincture from the drclarkstore people, as other (at least 'one' other, a big seller identified in Hulda Clark 's book) could have benzene contamination. (This is the case in the US.)
