The first thing you need to understand is lab tests are not the gospel. After all, how many people have "normal" lab work yet have countless symptoms?
Historical personal data increases the value of lab tests and the fact you have some helps. Your numbers do show a change in thyroid function but many of your symptoms could be due to many other things as well, but I would wager they are all just part of the same underlying problem and thats malnutrition.
iodine and selenium supplementation is just the tip of the iceburg. Since its nearly impossible to get lab work covering all forms of deficiency I personally dont bother trying to distill exactly whats missing and simply treat myself holistically by making sure I give myself everything that MAY be needed.
