The "Cancer Nutrition Center" is just a person having an opinion it seems and this paralysis thing is an urban legend and totally unsubstantiated. If could possible have been one person's allergic reaction, but not even that is recording properly anywhere where it's easy to find.

So scrap that legend and if it beet does make you nauseous, but try less juice at a time and dilute it with more water. Tweet
