In my regimen is lots of high quality fats daily (coconut oil, fermented cod liver oil, high vitamin butter from green pastures) and I removed all vegetable oils, and basically all processed food save for my occasional treats. I've been gluten free for 5 years. I also eat fermented foods like kefir, saurkraut (sp?) and kombucha made at home. My meat (beef, chicken, some pork) comes from a local, known source. All dairy has been raw since about the same time as starting iodine. I know these aren't "supplements" per se, but food is my medicine.
I did take borax, zinc, optimized folate (i have MTHFR defects), and probiotics in addition to the co-supps. I had all Amalgams removed 9-18 months before conceiving. Basically a major health overhaul enhanced by iodine.
