Re: iodine update

I am brand new here and just started the Iodine protocol. I also purchased Mag Oil and discovered that my skin was starting to burn every time I used it. I was using it after every "iodine painting". Can anyone advise on the proper timing and amount of Mag Oil?

Also, how do people paint the Iodine on their skin? Hands? Mine are now stained and my wedding ring is stained. Any other tips?
