I am going to get the right Solgar B12& Folate, that you recommend, but was asking which B Complex to get to fill in the gaps. Solgar's "100" has wrong B12 & Folate. Bio Care do one without B12 & folate but have 3 different Magnesiums as well. 50 mg of ascorbate, 50mg aspartate & 50mg citrate.
