Hi, I was also recently diagnosed with HIV and as I have yet to start on the HART medications, i did some researching on the net and chance upon Black Seeds Oil. I am also looking for guidance on how to use this. Can i take a teaspoon on its own every morning and night? I'm aware that there are no cures for HIV/AIDS yet but from what i read, Black Seeds Oil seems to be able to combat in suppressing this disease through increased immunity. Hope to hear from you soon.
