You can make progress if you commit to getting well and curb the urge to try things that make you feel better fast. Again, your hair test reveals major imbalances which can be changed. The little bit I know about fast oxidizers is that they get bored quickly and want to try something else. That's why I recommend you work with a good practitioner who will encourage you to tackle this one day at a time. I have a feeling fast oxidizers don't do well on any program without that kind of personal support. I can recommend mine or you can look at the list on Dr. Wilson's site, http://www.drlwilson.com. There is a FB group for people who are working with one of his trained practitioners, and that would also offer you a place to ask questions, receive encouragement to stay the course, etc. BTW, fast oxidizers also seem to see changes faster than we slow ones.
