Feeling very dull...(Not "Awake")

I am recovering every day.

Eating has improved, sleeping has improved.

One IMPORTANT thing i have tried the last two days was a Cannabidiol product (CBD).

Around 20mg greatly helped me "wiredness", racing thoughts, and sleep.
It greatly chilled me out from my chronic wired, wide-eyed state and helped my insomnia.

*However, now that I no longer feel chronically "wired," i feel very dull. I dont feel "AWAKE!". It feels like there is no life in my limbs. My eye-lids are low. My mind's energy is very dull.*

My intuition is asking me to start working out to bring life back into my body.

Anyone experience this state and have any comments?

P.s. Anyone know if habitual marijuana use can cause AF? I seems THC greatly increases my feelings of psychosis/anxiety/panic. While CBD greatly calms. Doesn't this point to a fatigued/imbalanced endocannabidnoid system? At the height of my illness i felt psychotic/schizophrenic.
