Americans are innovative, not like the people in the old world, stagnant. But you have to figure, most of the pioneering people of Europe left there 200 years ago to come here, leaving the sheepish behind :) A Darwinian separation. Not all, but most. The non-pioneers stayed safe and comfy, back home, happy with their old ways, they have difficulty comprehending innovation. Salt is good
