no one can say for certain if your symptoms are detox or just a cold/flu. Some people do exhibit your symptoms from detox though.

As for Antibiotic use unless you have a known infection they will cause more harm than good.

When you say should you be taking anything extra...YES! There is a whole list of supplements a person should take.
