Is this normal!!?

I wrote a few weeks back saying I got extremely sick, flu like and I was having a tough time kicking it!

Well as soon as I was getting better, BAM! I got sick again ... it's almost been 6 weeks. I've had a sore throat for about a week or more now. I have not taken any Antibiotics , been so tempted to though! I have been hounded by family and friends to take them. I've stood my ground. I have taken whiskey, honey and lemon at night which takes care of the constant coughing at night - thank God for that.

My question, is this normal when taking Iodine? Is my body detoxing or what is going on?

Has anyone else been sick for this long and it's Iodine ridding the body of stuff? I upped my Iodine to 150 mg a day when I was at my worst

Should I be taking anything extra? I just want to feel better! Tweet
