Thank you for your thoughtful reply. However I disagree with it taking a "lifetime" to overcome. With the new energy modalities coming out, baggage that used to take years to overcome can now be overcome within minutes. There are better ways than slugging it out and trading blows with our own psyche.

I know I have been there too and I'm so very glad that the Lord had guided me to better ways.

I started with EMDR and then moved on to try many different methods or modalities, BSFF, EFT, Zpoint,TAT, WHEE just to name a few. The most powerful I have found is Inner Influencing developed by Paul Gleblic.

So I would like to encourage her and you to seek better ways to get rid of the negative baggage. Its possible, painless and fast.
