I am on day 4 and was wondering if anyone else has nasal allergies. I started allergy shots last January and I take medication and the second day of this Master-Cleanse I found myself extremely congested and sneezing. It has gotten better on day 4 and I am wondering if this was because of the cleanse or just a coincidence. Will Master-Cleanse help nasal allergies?
