Have you read the
Master-Cleanse book? Did Stanley recommend any shakes? NO. He mentioned, that anything you take while on MC, will interfere with the cleanse and minimize the cleansing effect.
Andreas had a wonderfull explanation on why P&B shakes should never be used while on
Master-Cleanse or any other fast. He mentioned that
Bentonite itself is a wonderful thing, but it may become dengerous when taken during
Master-Cleanse or any other fast, as it may plaster your intestents. You may run a search on his forum. I value Andreas's opinion very highly.
Shelley advises her readers to eat beef steaks and meat broth, as she thinks, that "your body needs red meat". Well, we all know that red meat causes cancer, heart problems, diabetes.
I, personally, have been successfully using MC for many years and never had a desire to modify it in any way other than reducing the amount of syrup and doing
Liver-Flush on the last day. MC is PERFECT, - tasty, effective, powerful and elegant.
The decision is yours.
Good luck.
Vickie.
