It may be the same with iodine, they just don't know it yet, that excess
Iodine is stored in bones or collagen tissue and serum levels for a person who takes a gram a day for 6 months, are the same as the person who only takes 1 milligram per day for 6 months. The
Iodine loading test they use, its results, are consistent with this "loading" theory. That they give you iodoral every day and look at your piss and keep doing more iodoral until you excrete 90% of what you are intaking. This, clearly, unequivocally is some kind of loading going on, no question about that. The question is, where is the
Iodine being stored ? We already know the answer from the radiograms given of the whole body to persons after being medically treated with I-131 and the answer is "everywhere", skin, stomach, ovary, thyroid, etc. There is no mystery to this, only people who havent' thought much about it.
