Night shade, You have done a huge disservice to a great many people.
Repeating the Myths and half truths about one part of the night shade family. Some of the most nutritious of foods. Some people have trouble with tomatoes, my daughter is one. Yet she ate Pasta tomato sauce made from my organic canned tomatoes and had pasta parties for friends and she ate many night shade vegetables and berries. Myself I detest the hot house tomatoes in the supermarket

Naturally high in fiber, each nightshade vegetable offers antioxidant benefits that aid the body in fighting disease and inflammation naturally…eliminating problems once and for all.

A study published in Arthritis Today found that potatoes reduced inflammation in men and lutien-rich tomatoes lowered the risk of osteoarthritis by 70%.

Scientists recommend noting any food intolerance’s you may have that provoke your symptoms. If a particular food doesn’t agree with you, remove it from your diet. However, because so many factors contribute to Arthritis flare-ups, even eliminating a specific food might not be the whole answer.

I have eaten hundreds of pounds of your mythical toxins for 80 years my whole family basic diet was meat and potatoes. Still is, although now eat a lot of peppers, a favorite for the many peoples of the world. I do not have arthritis or any of your mythical health problems.
