I have allready taken an entire huge bad of food grade DE over two years. It did not get the scattered worms, but it didnt cause any harm to my body either. I understand it is good for the bones and since parasitrs rob the calcium from the body i may purchase another bag for bone maintenence. I do agree that taking vit C helps replenish the vitamins that the parasites are sucking out of me and when i take a liquid vit C i feel a little tiny bit more energy but neither of these two things has gotton rid of any parasites.
