Struggling, what is this?

First I would like to say that I am sorry that you are going through what you have been for so long, 10 years is a long time. The reaction to wheat you have sounds awful, I react to wheat as well... but it doesn't even come close to what you are going through.

I can't tell you what your health problems are from, but it does sound like you are having liver problems. I would suggest that you try the Liver Flush and see how you feel after. After doing my first Liver Flush the pain I felt was instantly relieved. It is relatively benign.

There are many Liver Flush protocols described on this website under the health menu. I have been using the one by Andreas Moritz and have had success with it so I continue using it.

This website suggests doing a parasite cleanse and a Bowel Cleanse prior to a liver flush. But I have done neither yet and still find success with the liver flush. According to the survey results on this website 60% of people have performed the liver flush successfully without having done the parasite/bowel cleanse first.

Personally I have strong reactions to wheat also, I started the GAPS diet a few months ago and haven't looked back. My reactions went down, and my well being went up. But no protocol that I have done in relation to health has had the dramatic impact that a liver flush has.

I hope this helps you, and I wish you well on your journey to recovery from your health issues.
