I do take magnesium 600mg a day. My multivitamin has vit a 15000 IU & vit K 100 MCG. I have been focusing on the candida since Feb 5th 2014. I was just wondering if I was doing everything to help my thyroid. I am just use to working out and with all these issues it is irritating that I am not feeling 1/2 way back to normal to work out with out being wiped out. Thanks for info.
