After 12 pyrantel pamoate treatments, I understood that it would be quite difficult to get rid of all the adults, especially since I have a condition called diverticulitis. My theory is that the pinworms that are in the small pockets when the medecine passes through, are simply unharmed and restart their normal activities a few hours later. Now, I have tried ALL the natural and medecinal solutions with no success BUT I have good news. It is possible to get rid of the buggers with 2 tools. Anusol and pyrantel pamoate, although not taken orally. The best way to prevent the females from reproducing is very simply to crush a tablet of pyrantel pamoate (Combantrin, ...) with 2 spoons, use the Anusol nozzle to insert the jelly inside the anus, and then insert one or two pinches of the Combantrin powder directly inside your anus. It will stick to the Anusol cream and will prevent ANY pinworm from laying eggs or event come close to the exit of your anus. Within a few days of this treatment, repeated after a shower or after defecating, all adults will be dead and expulsed. This was the only way that I could get rid of the damn parasites. But it worked for me! Tweet
