I can't counsel you on this other than to say I am about to try albendazole, not for pinworms, but ascaris/hookworm. I will be using the Valbazen (sp?)I have tried enough of herbal/natural treatments and none have given significant relief so far. This is a decision only you can make. Good luck with whatever you try. I was just offering a remedy someone with pinworms found successful that was pretty 'natural'. You might try both, first the 'natural' then the meds...
