Pain worse after flush

I am a newbie to flushing and did my first flush a week ago. Prior to flushing I had some mild pain in my right side. The flush resulted in about 80 stones coming out ranging from small to about 1.5cm in diameter. However after the flush the pain in my right side has gotten worse, it seems to vary in location as well, from under my ribs at the front to my lower back. I have read on past posts that pain is quite common and means stuck stones and to keep on flushing. Is this correct? If so do I need to wait two weeks between flushes or can I flush again now?
