Re: Telling it like it is

the VWT is about iodine. what the hell else are we supposed to talk about there that there isnt another forum for? everybody wants to own the Iodine forum in some form or fashion.

i could moderate any number of forums here, most notably the Colloidal Silver forum and next maybe the oil pulling foum. but ive done them all. at one time i had gone back and was current and had read every word MH had typed here. no one has been able to tell me jack shit thats new in a very long time (except on forum, especially newport). saying we are a magic pill society is a straw man for anyone but maybe grizz who got all wound up about Iodine and rightfully so. we all did at first and its normal.

yea, its a stimulant all right. it makes everything work better with no drawbacks that i can see so far.

i like you, natway, but you really need to back up these emphatic statements of yours. what problems is Iodine supplementation going to cause in the long run? who the hell has been on a long run? i have taken more iodine than anyone i am aware of. i havent been on that long of a run. so how do you know?

everyone wonders why hardly anyone around here seems to truly get better? really? who is everyone? and who is not better?

everybody knows about diet that wants to. i do find your focus on calories unique and worthy of more contemplation. i didnt consider it as an important factor in health. i used to eat a lot. unbelievable meals - seconds, thirds, fourths on my favorites, desert, etc. this was when my activity level was much higher. working seasonally i would still have my appetite during the off season. i also gained weight then and lost it when the work started again. but youre on to something. i think about it and how much real food are people actually eating? low salt, low carb, low fat, low calorie... im sensing a clue.

believe me, no amount of iodine will save you from a lot of things, most of them afforded by the quacks and monsanto, et al.
