Well, I can't argue with success so far. I'm at 50mg/day and feeling pretty good. I think my weird hypoglycemic-ish symptoms that came out of nowhere are actually getting way better.
So you are actually popping 1g/day for maintainence dose? How much niacin and selenium do you have to take to work with that? I'm told flush-free niacin is not a good idea long term.
