Your symptoms are the same i have too. im currently 18 and im dealing with this problem that is destoying my life. i really dont seem to know what to do anymore. im tired of putting my head down when im around others or putting my hand on my mouth. its just terrible. ive had this problem since i was 16 almost 17 and i really dont know what to do. ive visited dermatologist and all they do is prescribe a cream that doent seem to do anything at all. ive also started exercising more and eating much healthy but yet nothing happens. ill update to let you guys know of how im doing.
