Re: salt pushers

My experience; nothing works better for head ache than salt, but of course; if low in potassium it may not work.

My ex mother in law avoided salt for many years, still do; her BP is dangerously high in spite of avoiding salt for decades. Several strokes, not doing well.

My own mother avoided salt for many years as well, she was sick for years; better when I almost had to force salt on her (together with iodine), as she was close to dying at one point, 15 years she was ill, now doing very well for her age.
- After 2-3 years of putting salt in all her water, she had an ER visit after a bicycle accident. Lost conciousness several times, upon blood tests after the accident, all they could find was a low natrium (salt)

Adrenals need salt; you say. Yes; they do. The adrenals have a big say in blood pressure.

I completely agree about the taste for salt is the way to go. But most people I know havent learned how to do this, they are indoctrinated to believe that salt is bad for them.

I have taken large amounts of Himalayan salt for 8 years now, adjusted with potassium the last year. Smooth blood pressure all the way. Nice and low as my MD would say.

Ps; why bring Trapper into everything?
