Well you keep demonstrating your own prejudice in favour of fruit and vegetables, ignoring apparently the obvious evidence that our ancestors consumed animals as well, which would have pushed the balance at least somewhat back in sodium's favour. And in recorded history, people have always made use of salt when they could get it (as do animals), and of course it's been highly valued, throughout history.
(And in case you want to question my ability to form a complete and correct sentence, "favour" is not a spelling error, but the way my country spells it).
